Introduction
We want to make Westgate Parks into a very special riverside recreation area for residents and tourists, without council taxpayers having to pick up a big bill.
We can do this by winning a £700,000 Heritage Lottery Fund 'Parks for People' grant. And we need your help.
Bingley Island and Tannery Field
