How to book

Please contact the Westgate Parks Officer to discuss your requirements and any access needs. We will send you a booking form to complete or you can download an activity and/or venue facility form by clicking here: Booking Forms. Please check the date of your visit with the Westgate Parks Officer before completing the form.

An evaluation form will be provided to complete after your visit, alternatively you can print it here: Feedback Form. We use the information to support us in developing and enhancing our programmes.

Standard risk assessments will be provided, however we do advise a pre-visit to complete your own risk assessment. Risk assessments for bespoke sessions will be emailed to the visiting teacher/group organiser.
